These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the online platform iim.business by all registered or unregistered users.

By using the platform, the user agrees to these T&C.

These T&C apply worldwide, unless mandatory legal provisions of the respective country preclude their application.

The platform iim.business is a digital matchmaking and presentation platform. The platform enables:

• Publishing business ideas, projects, or business concepts ("Pitches")
• Finding investment opportunities
• Establishing contact between users
• Exchanging information between parties

The platform serves exclusively as a contact facilitator.

4 No Investment Processing and No Financial Advice

The operator expressly clarifies: The platform:

• Does not process investments
• Does not manage funds
• Does not hold client funds
• Does not broker financial products
• Does not provide financial advice
• Does not give investment recommendations
• Does not guarantee returns
• Does not audit projects financially or economically

All decisions are made solely at the user's own risk.

The operator is in particular:

• Not a bank
• Not a financial institution
• Not a broker
• Not an investment advisor
• Not an asset manager
• Not a payment service provider

5 Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use certain functions. The user undertakes to:

• Provide correct and complete information
• Keep access data secure
• Not share their account
• Not use a false identity

The operator is entitled to:

• Verify user accounts
• Suspend user accounts
• Delete user accounts
• Remove content

There is no entitlement to registration.

6 Coins (Digital Usage Units)

The platform uses digital usage units ("Coins"). Coins serve exclusively for the use of certain functions on the platform.

Coins are:

• Not a means of payment
• Not a cryptocurrency
• Not a financial instrument
• Not a security
• Not an investment
• Not a balance
• Not an asset

Coins cannot:

• Be paid out
• Be transferred
• Be sold
• Be exchanged
• Earn interest

7 Purchase of Coins

Coins can be acquired by payment. By purchasing Coins, the user acknowledges:

• Coins represent a digital service
• Coins are non-refundable
• Coins have no monetary value outside the platform

The operator reserves the right to:

• Change prices
• Change coin packages
• Change features
• Grant or terminate discounts

8 Use of the Platform

Use is only permitted for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Fraud
• Deception
• Money laundering
• Illegal financial transactions
• Ponzi schemes
• Pyramid schemes
• Spam
• Hate speech
• False information
• Copyright infringement
• Publication of illegal content

The operator may remove content at any time.

9 Responsibility for Content

Each user is solely responsible for: content, projects, statements, offers, documents, and communication.

The operator assumes no responsibility for: accuracy of information, economic statements, financial forecasts, investment promises, or business models.

10 Communication and Contracts Between Users

All contacts, negotiations, and agreements take place directly between users.

The operator: is not a contracting party, does not broker contracts, and assumes no responsibility for agreements.

11 Fees and Prices

The use of certain functions may be subject to charges. All prices: may be changed at any time, are displayed transparently, and apply at the time of purchase. Already purchased Coins remain valid.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is only liable for: intent and gross negligence.

The operator is not liable for: investment losses, financial damages, lost profits, indirect damages, data loss, system failures, or wrong decisions.

Use is at your own risk.

13 Platform Availability

The operator does not guarantee: permanent availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free functionality. The platform may be modified, restricted, interrupted, or terminated at any time.

14 Suspension and Termination

The operator may suspend, delete, or exclude users at any time, particularly in cases of: violation of these T&C, misuse, fraud, or security risks.

There is no entitlement to restoration.

15 Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy. The user agrees to the storage and processing of their data. The privacy policy is an integral part of these T&C.

16 Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is protected by: copyright, trademark law, design law, and competition law. Use without consent is prohibited.

17 Misuse and Fraud

The operator is entitled to: suspend accounts, delete Coins, remove content, and inform authorities in case of suspected: fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.

18 Changes to T&C

The operator may amend these T&C at any time. New versions apply from the date of publication on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19 Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies, excluding international private law.

20 Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is: Tetovo, Republic of North Macedonia.

21 Severability Clause

Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
